Shipping and Delivery Policy

Rain Night Café is an online service. Nothing physical is sold or shipped, anywhere in the world.

Last updated 30 October 2026. Rain Night Café is operated by Akash Saxena, an individual based in India.

What you receive

Café Pass is access to the Library and the Campfire, two rooms on rainnightcafe.com, for 30 days or a year. It is used in your web browser. There is no download, no physical product and no shipping charge.

When it’s delivered

• Access is delivered instantly online: the rooms unlock in the same browser as soon as your payment is confirmed, usually within a few seconds.
• Your payment receipt is emailed to the address you entered at checkout. Keep it: the payment ID or license key on it lets you restore your pass on another device or browser.
• Delivery is the same worldwide. There are no regional delivery times or fees.

If access doesn’t arrive

Occasionally a bank takes a little longer to confirm a payment. If the rooms haven’t opened within 10 minutes, choose “Restore access” on the Café Pass page and enter the details from your receipt, or write to hello@rainnightcafe.com. If we can’t deliver access, we refund you in full.
