Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of rainnightcafe.com. By entering the café you agree to them. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.

The free café
The Rain Café is free to use with no account. We may change, pause or improve parts of the café at any time, and we can’t promise it will always be available.
Café Pass
- Café Pass unlocks the Library and the Campfire. It costs $4.99 for 30 days, or $19.99 for a year at the founding price for the first 50 yearly supporters ($39.99 a year after that). Prices are in US dollars; the total shown at checkout is the one that applies.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Each pass is a single payment and does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. Buying another pass before yours ends adds the new period on after the current one. Keep the payment ID from your Razorpay receipt: with your email, it restores your pass on another device.
- The founding lifetime pass is a single payment of $59.00 (₹1,999 in India), offered to the first 100 buyers only. “Lifetime” means for as long as Rain Night Café runs: it includes the Library, the Campfire, Railway and the rooms we add later. If we ever close the service, we will tell holders at least 60 days before.
- A 30-day or one-year pass can be bought as a gift. The buyer receives a gift code; the pass belongs to the first email that opens the code, and starts on that day. Treat the code like cash: anyone who has it can open it.
- Passes bought earlier through Gumroad keep working, and their renewals and cancellation stay with Gumroad. Their license key still restores access.
- We no longer offer free trials. A trial that was already started runs until its original end date.
- Refunds: if the pass isn’t right for you, email hello@rainnightcafe.com within 14 days of purchase for a refund, no questions asked.
Being a good café guest
Keep nicknames, chat and Campfire conversation kind. No harassment, hate, sexual content, spam or advertising, and no sharing other people’s personal information. Messages are filtered automatically, and we may remove anyone who makes the café worse for others. Don’t try to disrupt, overload or get around the café’s limits.
Staff bots
The café’s staff are openly-labelled bots. Their replies are generated automatically and can be wrong; don’t rely on them for important decisions.
Guides are not advice
Our guides share study and focus habits. They are not medical, psychological or professional advice. For questions about ADHD, health or treatment, talk to a qualified professional.
Books and content
Books in the Library come from public-domain and open sources such as Project Gutenberg and Open Library. The café’s artwork, sound design, writing and code belong to Rain Night Café.
Liability
The café is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses from using it, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. Questions: hello@rainnightcafe.com. See also the privacy policy, the refund and cancellation policy and the delivery policy. Rain Night Café is operated by Akash Saxena, an individual based in India.
